A simple juicing cleans would require a person to juice their favorite fruits and vegetables in a juicer or blender for four to five meals a day, and the detox can last anywhere from five to ten days. Along with the juice a person must drink tons of water. Water is the best way for the body to rejuvenate itself, and clean itself out. This type of cleanse requires whole fruits and vegetables that are organic and clean. Apart from that, one should only used filter water for drinking; if possible one should add a filter to their shower as well. There should be nothing else eaten but the juice, water, and a simple detox tea in the evening. If a person does not like the idea of juicing they can just eat whole fruit and vegetables as well. This diet will have a similar effect.

What You Need From A Detox

A good body detox does not have to mean depriving oneself of all food. Some of the detoxes that promote certain products can actually be harmful, because even when a body is in detox mode, the body still needs to get sufficient minerals and vitamins to be able to function properly. If a person eats clean foods and water, then they can help their body to do a safe and natural detox.
